We are a Berlin-based startup that is going to launch an iPhone app in the beginning of January. For our go-to-market we'll drive downloads through PR activities and free-of-charge marketing channels such as postings to groups in Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
We'd like to improve our product with the initial customer base gained from the above mentioned activities. However, we'll have to ensure a constant user acquisition on low scale (for cohort-testing) and play around with certain user acquisition strategies in order to see which tactics work and which not + in order to gather relevant metrics that help us tell the story to further investors.
This is why we're looking for support on an interims-management-basis. We're looking for an interim Marketing Manager that can help us with the following activities:
- App Store Optimization
- Identifying and testing of applicable mobile marketing activities (iOS)
- Identifiying and testing of applicable online marketing activities
- Identifiying and implementing SEO potentials (such as optimiziation of our webpage in terms of conversion goals and keywords for SEO)
- Setting up an efficient marketing / user acquisition department
We are looking for people that have strong analytical skills, a metrics-driven working-style and initial experience in the above mentioned activities. You don't necessarily have to have a long-term track record. We're also looking forward to applications from junior candidates that bring some initial experience and a strong willingness and ability to learn and take their skills to the next level.
