EMEA Marketing Manager Job Description

Half Time /Berlin Office, Berlin, Germany

As the EMEA Marketing Manager, you will play a leading role in supporting the expansion of the company’s global footprint and raising awareness to the company brand. In this role, you will be responsible for coordination with the corporate marketing team and adapting and implementing marketing activities to the local region. This is a mid-level role that requires both a strategic planner and executioner mindset, and offers a variety of marketing experience, from managing a variety of communication activities to event management and lead generation.


- Develop, execute, and evaluate regional marketing plans that support local sales goals

- Coordinate with the corporate marketing team to implement and adapt marketing campaigns

- Modify and launch digital lead-to-sales campaigns for the region

- Manage, promote, and coordinate company events, online webinars, and large-scale tradeshows – from communications, booth design, event set up, logistics, tear down, and reporting

- Support a variety of digital marketing activities including, newsletters, landing pages, online forms, social media, etc.

- Active involvement in gathering market intelligence to support product and corporate marketing in EMEA

- Manage and grow the local marketing database

- Maintain and update local website content

- Tailor and initiate social media communications

- Oversight and liaise with various third-party vendors

- Manage marketing collateral database

- Manage local marketing budget and handle invoicing and purchase orders

- Other duties as assigned


- 7-10 years of professional marketing experience

- 2-3 years in the solar energy industry

- At least 2 years of experience with event management

- Fluency in English, additional languages a plus

- Proven capabilities with CMS and CRM platforms (i.e. Wordpress, Hubspot, etc), experience with NetSuite is a plus

- Understanding of GDPR compliance

- Strong project management skills

- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills

- Self-motivated, fast learner, and multi-tasker

- Expert interpersonal skills and a team player
