We are looking for a freelancer for our client Unilever:


STRATEGY DESIGN.

1-PAGER VISUALISATION THAT IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND FOR ALL CD PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD


To ensure all ‘+ 3000 Sales Leaders in the countries’ fully understand the strategy we would like to create a 1-pager which is a visualization of the strategy. Easy accessible and understandable. With this 1-pager they will be able to understand the Strategy and they must be able to use this 1-pager to cascade, the for the country relevant parts, to the rest of their sales force too (up to 10,000).

We were inspired by the F&R and Europe 1-pager.

Key is to have the important parts (purpose – mission –- how to win – where to play) all in 1 page nicely and orderly visualized. Accompanied by some images that will strengthen the ‘words’. I will provide the high res images that should be used. The 1-pager needs to be clear enough for all the Sales People WL 2+ in all the regions/countries. The current boxes and wording has carefully been chosen so it is mandatory to stay with the existing words/sentences. The yellow font-words are the important power words (ignite, empower, partner and so on).

To have everything in one place. Pls for the 3 following pages, just ensure they are on the same background as the 1-pager. However do not visualize or adjust it further. Just to ensure we have a doc at hand which has the full strategy in one place.

Pls note: The images provided are images relevant for the ‘where to plays’ they are real UL images. We like the use of real images. It will help make come the strategy alive.


Assigment (8-16 hours work) please make a proposal gig based.
