update wordpress site

I currently have a site that incorporates wp-ecommerce and it is wordpress 2.5, I need the site updated to the latest wordpress along with these changes:

• On the products page, we need a plugin for related items, better description, multiple image viewer etc
• Change Facebook logo url to http://www.facebook.com/RevolutionOnlineStore
• Replace 'Revolution Online' image in the Header with new one
• Add banner navigation to the Big banners so that people can click between banners
• We DEFINTELY need a login/My account system for customers going forward, cause i think you'll agree that its better to keep a track record of customers.(See attached file, changes.jpeg at the top of the page) From what i know there was a page created for login but never implemented. I'm guessing it has to be a secure page as well?
• And we need to add new pages/urls for some new brands to the site: Hurley, Supra, NikeSB, Zoo York, Nixon, RVCA, Globe and Skull Candy (Mod the current site so that I am able to do this easily)
• And we need to get rid of the grey strips on all pages (under the big banners) eg and replace it with maybe a new plugin that says, 'Shop by Brand', 'Shop by Category' and 'Shop by Size', which will be drop down boxes. Can you maybe help us brainstorm a functional way to do this without going into too much detail. 
• And lastly we have a a 'Team' tab on the top navigation, we'd like to change that to 'Exclusives' and put it first (before Clothing), and add new left nav (we've already got the 'Revo Exclusive' pages for Clothing and Shoes, we just need it for Accessories, Skate and Brands)
