pixel tag developer/consultant

Hello Everybody,

We are looking for an experienced developer/consultant who can support the existing development team in order to develop a pixel tag, web bug for our system.

We develop an independent affiliate marketing platform. The person should have knowledge about affiliate marketing and about how to use pixel tags/web bugs in order to track traffic and consumer behaviours.  Our system is a platform where users can access and download marketing material of our partner sites. In our system we track the referred visitors.

Whenever a referred visitor purchases a product at the partner’ site the advertiser (our user) will get a commission. The pixel tag/web bug is one way we would like to use to report the traffic and earning data from the site of our partners back to our system.

The pixel tag/web bug should report us back the number of visitors, sign ups, downloads and sales the advertiser has accomplished at the partner sites.

I do not have a technical background and so I am not sure if I am using the right terms (please check Wikipedia for pixel tag / web bug). The development of the system is very advanced. The development team speaks English. I am in charge of project management. The person must speak English, German is an asset.  Job will be done via email and skype communications. Developers from India, with references about pixel developemnt are very welcomed!

Anyway most important requirement is that you are familiar with the solution we are looking for. Your job is to explain and show to the development team how the pixel tag/web bug works, how it has to be coded and how we can fetch the statistics. Thus, we look more for a consultant as for a developer.

Payment will be according to a previous agreed hourly rate or a fixed amount. After a testing proves the functionality of your solution the job is completed.

If you don’t know about Affiliate Marketing Systems and Pixel Tag/Web bugs please do not bid for this project.

Please only bid, if you have already developed pixel tag tracking before and if possible provide references in the bid.
