i would need a php/mysql based newsletter tool for my users.

as you can see in the attached image, the basic layout is already programmed in php and mysql, where the email recipients are stored - additional programming in php can be delivered straight away as needed.

basically i need the functions to select one or more groups with email adresses, add single email addresses and to select a newsletter design, in which i simply can place my text and images on spezified areas. the newsletter has a radiobutton to be able to select the kind of newsletter html/text or just plain text.

the different newsletter designs are being designed by us - once we have 1-2 designs programmed, i can do the others by myself.

than the user is able to either store or directly send the setup newsletter.

on a second page the sent newsletters are stored to be able to have an overview and to review or reuse them.

on a third page the created but only stored newsletters are shown to be send whenever the user sends them.

hi, please take my advise: you don´t need anybody to write this for you!! there are open-source splatforms out there for professional newsletter managment and marketing ! the only thing you need is somebody to install and customize it ! if you are interested, please contact me.
