People get 15 votes to spend on 9 different topics. Perhaps limited to 5 votes max per topic

The topics to vote have illustrative pictures and little text (you get both from me)

No double voting shall be secured

Optional additional request: the order of topics shall rotate, so not the topic shown on top gets statistically more votes

Optional additional request: this poll survey also is running in the internet and results can be counted together.

Optional additional request: double voting on internet is avoided too

Optional additional request: one of the 9 topics can be created by people individualy

Result of poll will be published after defined time

Optional additional request: database is build with a security that an official can keep so, results can not be manipulated

Each individual gets a feedback picture posted on his facebook wall

 this feedback is related to the individual vote

 this feedback picture needs defined calculation in Excel.

Could be bigger volume of people adressed in the beginning

Aspect 7: there will be some iterative steps to generate a joint understanding
