Web based software for online community

Your task is to develop a specific part of a website.

- create a registration procedure for new users (such as username, password)

- each user gets a specific ID, such that there is a large database of user ID's

- create a system that (upon user request) randomly matches 2 online users and spits out a clickable
  button for each user containing the ID of the other user (a "random match up" system)

- create an automatically updated user ranking system that appears openly visible for registered users

- create a tool that automatically opens up an evaluation report after 5 minutes of having clicked the "random match up" button (see above); the user fills in the evaluation report, and the results have to be directly transferred into the user ranking system (see above)

- program it in such a way that the website owners can easily make administrative changes to the
  software/website (will be specified later on)
