Required, the design and build of a web page to launch a new Image & Style (fashion) Consultancy in Beijing. Work should include content layout, navigation and highly stylised presentation and user interface.  Initially a simple page structure only is required to allow perspective clients to get an overview of the Firm's business proposition and benefits. No transactional requirement or Web 2.0 functionality for the site initially required, but build should be for flexibility top bolt on as the company grows. Sharp, clean, stylish, modern graphics and UI a must-have for thsi high end, fashion company. Page to be built in Mandarin Chinese with English translations available so local language skills and understanding of web design and navigation for the Chinese market a must-have requirement.
