Searching for a Programmer in Berlin - Wordpress

I am looking for a web programmer who also knows web deisgn. My website was completed last December but there are still alot of touch-ups needed before launch.. My current maximum price ranges from 300 - 800 euros.
At the moment i will not be able to send you the link to the site until we have agreed to work together.
The site uses the WordPress e-commerce plugin. I would like you to offer the following services:
Functionality Improvements
· Improvements - Search engine Friendly semantic coding
· Improvements - Having rubrics on the front page giving each objective a spotlight embedding the latest features (short slide-show for each making sure the user get used to one-click-away information).
· Improvements - Cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility (Smartphones)
· Improvements - Community Intergration - Buddy Press – Connect Page
· Improvements - Video positioning, size
· Improvements - Usability, accessibility and page weight optimization
· Improvements - Newsletter, Registration & Contact us fill-out forms
· The overall site SEO (search engine optimization): should be divided into sub-domains e.g. photography, fashion, designers, magazines and etc..This will keep the site in order (hierarchy) and will ease our maintenance once the site is on “full-steam”.
New Additions*
· Additional - New Cosmetic Shop page integration inside the Stylists page- Cosmetic e-commerce page i.e http://beauty.glossybox.de/
· Additional - Shop sorting functions - Price range, Color , Item Size I would like the website to have the glossy same look and feeling as http://www.promod.de/ and http://www.chicchickclub.de/ (especially the promod shop).
Being the only person in this small startup with no initial funding, i would be very grateful if your services would not be expensive.
