Manage contracts online

The software is a database with approximatly 30 fields. Some of them are free text fields with autosuggest.

Furthermore should there be a approval process, email reminders and simple reports.

you have a dedicated server to run the full text search feature right? you can't do it with a shared server, you need to install some software to do the indexing.
