SEO - Linkbuilding Campaign for German Website
We need a professional
SEO Linkbuilder with experience.
The link builder should be highly experienced - please do not bid if you have no verifiable SEO and link building experience. Links MUST NOT be made using automated software or any other illegal or unethical methods. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted or paid for. We reserve the right to reject URLs that do not comply with our guidelines below.
We are a local nursing care provider and want to enhance our representation in Google.de search results. We are looking for a link building campaign to create 250 Backlinks on German .de domains only.
THE PROJECT
We'll provide the URLs to link to and required anchor text and we reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable or do not comply with the following guidelines. Each link should be PageRank 3 or above, within the similar category to our website and we require 100% OF LINKS TO BE GERMAN-BASED. If the links are not German-based, the payment will be withheld.
- I will verify all links are DoFollow and that the Anchor text is correct.
- I will verify the PR of each website.
- I will verify that the pages where the link is present are publicly viewable (viewable without registration) and recently Indexed in Google.
-Additional (regular) works will likely be offered based on quality, success and feasibily.
MAIN LINKBUILDING GUIDELINES:
REQUIRED:
-Absolutely no black hat or grey hat tactics. We require white hat techniques only.
- Sites have to be 3 Years old at least.
-Links must be strictly from: Google (PR3-PR9) pages (home page page rank, iframes, other page ranks do NOT count).
- No subdomains, back links must be on a www.
- Links must be from German websites.
- Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses.
- Free one-way manual text links (anchored with 'Keyword terms'). Keyword Terms will be provided to the winner.
- Links must be permanent and static HTML and must not be removed. Any removed link must be replaced with an equal or better quality link.
- Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow.
- Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.
- Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing as usual, on a regular basis.
- Prefer high ranking Alexa sites.
- NO link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings, gambling, adult sites or link directories.
- WE NEED TO KNOW HOW YOU WILL BUILD THESE LINKS and/or action plan to achive a good outcome.
NOT ALLOWED - NO EXCEPTIONS !
- No directory submissions, forum posts, article submissions, links from guest books, within newsgroups, yahoo groups, torrent sites, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic sites.
- No black hat and other unethical SEO. spam techniques.
- No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text
- No robots.txt blocking, fake PR, banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing.
- No use of automated software or bots.
- NO PING SITES.
- No links from under construction pages.
- No javascript links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc.
TIMELINE
We're looking at a timeline of 1 ~ 2 months to achieve our objective. No more than 25 links should be posted per day.
When you bid, we need following information:
* Your Bid Price
* SEO Methods used (We need numbers, details)
* Time frame* Sample projects with number keywords that you optimize on
* Attach sample detail proposal for some of your other website project if you have
Payment:
We will pay for the results. Money will be es-crowed! Payment will be released upon successful completion of the project.
Report requirements:
We need a weekly report from you to show the progress of the campaign. These reports should include
- URL of page containing the backlink
- Google PageRank of the link page
- Title of link page
- IP of link page
- Number of outbound links from the linked page
- Target URL of the link
If this proves successful we would be interested in using the contractor on a monthly basis for other campaigns.
