Real Estate Investment Proposal

I am searching for someone who can write a real estate investment proposal to show banks, finance companies, or private investors to acquire funding of up to $9,500,000.00 (NZD), to purchase an apartment building in Wellington, New Zealand.

This apartment building consists of 26 apartments, 1 office and 10 car parks. I am seeking an investor who will invest $9,500,000.00 (NZD) to buy the building, and I will offer a 9% net return per year guaranteed for 5 years. This 9% net return totals to $855,000.00 (NZD) per year which I will pay monthly to the investor. The monthly total for 5 years is $71,250.00 (NZD). The investor will take security over the whole building for the year period. At the end of the 5 year investment period, I will buy the whole building back for $10,000,000.00 (NZD). The building will be fully managed for the whole 5 year period for the investor.

I am also looking for someone who can present this investment proposal to their own network of people and/or financial organisations to acquire this funding.
