The program's main function will be to set up a database with tables to receive input from the user. The programming will feature links to the database and will extract with queries, the correct info. Many formulas will be used obviously, to calculate the sizes and price. Thats it. I will have to babysit the author of the program all the way for it to be a success. I work with this programming creature everyday and know what it has to spit out. In other words I and the developer will be forced to work as a team. You being in Spain, I can through a stone that far. To come to an agreement is not a critical issue. We can use PayPal and as an example you may get a percentage of the profit as your royalty fee. If there is trust we do it like the Japs with a handshake and faith else we have a lawyer take position as a security gaurd. Let me know please.

To me the main question is whether you can do the job professionaly. Do you have any programs I can view please. I do not want to e tied with someone who has to get answers from someone else to do the work. That is where I am now myself and that is why I'm asking for assistance. Please be sure that some creativity is needed as well, to formulate a solution wich is saleable. If it is, I can sell aout 350 programs this year and increase sales to more than a thousand next year. This program is not only for the contractors who wish to build and quote but also for public use, to accertain their expences on a project. Sales could run into ten thousands in this country. so if we can get past the exploration/recognition stage I would like to start ASAP. As we progress with the development, I will be able to see weather you are capable. This letter is mainly a factfinding query if you wish.
