Pricing tool for wordpress website

I need to implement the following functionality in my wordpress web site. It´s a small quotation tool for a company which sells agricultural products.In a new web page, build an data entry form with the following fields:

Campaign: Primavera (list of values)

Tree Size: Medium (list of values)

Number of trees: 500

When an user introduce these data, and click on the ‘Calculate’ button, the page must calculate the data necessary.

It is necessary a configuration data table to support  these calculations. This table must be update by the administrator when it will be necessary. 

The process has to calculate 3 proposals for the user, one per quality level and the same Campaign. Each proposal is based in one default products configuration.Posibility of print or send by email will be good too.
