Partner Management System
We are a company selling software. We have distributors and partners world-wide. I would like to develop a application that will help manage partners and distributors world-wide. There are many components, modules and applications that will need to be developed over time. This is a long term project. See below for the idea/vision of the required areas of development for the application. I see each area as a separate project.
1. Platform/TechnologyGet input from the programmer on the ideal platform (language & database)The application should be able to run natively on Mac, iPhone & iPad and some parts should also be available on the Web. First Phase for Each Area will be the native Mac Application.
2. InterfaceDesign, Agree and Discuss the required Interface with the developer. After deciding on the interface, the first project will be to develop the interface.

Although this is a long term project, I would ideally like to break this down into small separate projects. I would like to break the projects down in order of priority and prioritise them in the following phases/stages:

Stage 4: Point 5
Stage 5: Point 6
Stage 6: Point 4 (4.1 & 4.2)
