It would help a great deal if you could tell us what you need us to do excately. I mean, aside answering a telephone, that is. Is it about selling, about customer service, taking bookings, chasing outstanding payments or what? Is this based on ceratin hours and if so, at what times does one need to stand-by, or is it a full time / full day project? What payment do you envisge? How about the admin? So many questions, so little information!
