Need an algoritm code writer to develop following project;

Will give you an manually adjustable intraday chart(where user will define the chart inline with their expectation on how the market will move) and want certain amount to be distributed through out the trading hours according to his/her own expectations for the day which will be defined by him/her. This chart will be set before the trading starts and will also need to be updated intraday if the investors changes his/her expecttaions for the reminder of the day.

I have a frontend screen where we need to post this solution to my clients, client will see a basic graph at the begining and will shape this graph according to their expectation for the way of the market on that day. For instance client would like to sell 100,000 shares of certain stock and things that the market will start the day slightly higher and will start to receive selling pressure at the midday and will continue the rest of the day with some sells and also expect the price to recover towards the end of the day... So, if he is selling, distribution should give more weight of the total sell amount at the begining of the day and towards the end but should kind of slow down in between. The trick is there, seller also have to participate the market through out the day but may increase weightings during those expected hours(at the begining and at the end) in order to avoid casualties... also, seller should be able to change his idea and re-distribute the algorithms if he/she change
