1. Looking for assistance to make a few minor adjustments to existing OcCommerce website. Mostly this is about adding text in the shop in different places

2. Also looking for help to find the perfect solution for the customers to be able to buy more and get discounts the more they buy of the same product. (multiple item discounts)

3. Last the shop needs to have the option that customers can write a personalization text for each product.

I can provide screen shots of #1.

#2 is a new feature that I require.

We don't have expertise in oscommerce, but if you think to change to magento commerce we can help you. Magento has many many features; for instance what you requested is a default feature controlled by site owner in the admin panel: price per quantity, product options. Last year we help a client to switch from oscopmmerce to magento. Nowadays there are online tools to easily convert oscommerce data to magento data. Think about it.
