Modifications for Interspire shopping cart

Hello, My name is Henry otasowere, we are looking  for a skilled PHP developer who can assist us with modifications  Interspire shopping cart on the following features.,

1.       We will like to do a modification on Interspire shopping cart to add a reseller features with a reseller login control panel, Possibility for reseller to be able to add his or her customers into the shopping cart, place an order of products for their customers.

2.        Will also like to have a Facebook viral feature, with the  ability for my customers to shear our products with their friends on Facebook, by doing so, I will be able to give them discount points, which can be used to buy products, or offer them a product, when they shear my products with their friends. During shearing of products to their Facebook friend, customers will be able to add their email address to my mailing list; and their contacts and name is added to my Facebook’s (like) friends or fans.
