I read your project brief and all that is possible. But we aware that you can not stop someone from copying your data who has paid for access, simple due to the available technology, like screen capture sotware, that will copy anything on the screen. That image can then be uploaded to Google and OCR software will translate the text into editable type. So we can disable copy and paste, but we can't create a foolproof method of protecting your content with the current level of technology, as it is today. But I don't think you need to worry about that. If you have something good of value, then people will mostly come for that and not want to go into competition with you. A few will and they whatever you do, they will not be deterred, so there are ways to detect if someone has done this and to stop them once they do it! So don't worry, we got you covered on protecting your intellectual property rights!

I understood what you actually want. This is somthing like a social network project, where only story is allowed to publish and read. Reading story is depending on the membership status. And payable member will read the story once they pay for the membership. Payment through paypal is fine. And one more thing.. you posted, any visitor can visit the forum of this site, but only paid members are allowed to tag or post comments etc. This project can be done. Questions: >> does membership have any period? so that they will have to renew after the duration? or its a one time payment? >> do you need SEO frindly URL? >> do you require ony online messege sending script so that paid members can communicate with the added friends? >> If they can messege each other, then either they can messege to any one of the paid members? or they chat only with the Added friends? >> Paid member can upload images/videos? >> Budget is fixed or can be re-considered?
