Magento Ecommerce

I need a Magento web developer for retail and wholesale website.

Important features I *Need* to have (please refer to attached pictures as well):

1. Mega drop down menu that shows sub and subsubcategories as one wide layer. I found this site that might or might not be usefull but I want it to be just like these:

2. Layered navigation on the sidebox for product refine search that only shows on product listing page.
3. Multiple quantity pricing for certain product.
4. Cross-selling capability / "Buy together and Save"

5. File upload capability.
6. Facebook, twitter, live chat all in header.

Some features that are not in the pictures but are important too:

1. Wholesale pricing ONLY for registered users.
2. Facebook like button on every product page.
3. A section where customers can download our catalog (which we will provide as PDF file) in a single click.
