MS Outlook <-> Web Synchronizer

Dear All,
following task has to be implemented:

Technical requirements:
- PHP / MySQL solution
- Webservice based solution - WSDL (all functions has to be availabe over WS)

Project scope:
- Required is a MS Outlook-synchronizer (outlook 2003 or higher) for calender and contacts with a webbackend (PHP/MySQL/Webservices).

The whole communicaion should run over webservices. Sync must happen in both ways (web <-> outlook).
A very simple frontend is expected just to check the web service functions.

Expected Functions:
- Sync MS Outlook into web (one way)
- Sync Web into MS Outlook (one way)
- Sync MS Outlook and web (two way)
- Sync Scheduler (for autosync)
- Create/Edit/Delete Contact (also pictures have to be sync. Not all contact fields are required (max. 15 fields)
- Create/Edit/Delete an appointment


Deliverables:
- Project-Implementation
-> DB-Design (RDM)
-> WSDL-Design and implementation of Web Services
-> very simple Frontend just to check the webservice functionalities (sync button, simple display of results on web, edit, delete, create-functions)
- Sourcecode
- WSDL
- Databasemodel

WSDL, DB-Design and technical decision need an approvement from projectrequestor.
