We urgently need a google android application able to connect to a web server and show the data in a mobile, fine optimized way.
Example:
We have a web page showing several statistical charts;
The application must incorporate this web page optimizing it for mobile display and show it within a native app just like it would be a native app completely.
Must also support push notifications sent from the web server with the number of new events since last visit;
Must also have a local cache of the latest screen in order to show the latest data just in case there would be a connectivity problem.

There are two things I need to know before placing an offer: 1.- do you have an API which would send the data to the phone for generating the statictics? or do you prefer to get images already generated directly? 2.- I don't see the need of the post notifications if the app is going to ask for data every time it's started... just with some GET queries in the server's API would be enough.

Do you need that this application would be a web mobile app or a native app. You said that you want to show a web page optimized for mobile devices inside a native, so we dont have to code anything related to the graphics or information to show in a mobile native application, we only have to use what your web page has.
