 Wanted developer who can deal with Grib data (primarily Grib2)

General Spec……….

-       Creation of a GUI from GRIB data

-       Updates x4 in 24hrs (every 6hrs)

-       Graphs showing – winds, waves and pressure synoptic chart*

-       Plotting of “virtual buoy” locations using latitude and longitude based on long term forecast – 7 days minimum – ideally 10 days

-       Calling FTP server x4 (timed) in 24hrs

-       x30 locations

-       All must reside on my server as a fully working application

-       GUI to show UK map & regional map
