We are looking for a Flash developer. The job offer is the following:
Good programming skills in Flash + knowledge of HTML and PHP

Capacity to develop within a strict Graphical design framework

Domain = E-learning, Flash interactions : Quizzes, drag and drop, menus, navigation, SCORM interaction with a SCORM 1.2 compliant LMS (Dokeos)

Tasks descriptions can be in French or in English (ok if English only)

Capacity to self-management : we ask for tasks and deliveries, then we send lists of corrections. Developer should be eager to fix things and not conssider that first draft is accceptable (perfectionism)

Should work with an open source mentality : provide sources, document them, work with a team and following a complex project management document (Excel, web-based project management, GANTT...)

Project = minimum 6 months job. Probably much more. Make offer
