Email maketing website (Bulk email/Newsletter)

I am looking for a designer/developer to create a website that offers a paid bulk email / newsletter service. I need the site to be professional and attractive, with a framework appealing to the eye and easy to venture into by prospective clients. If you can create a site like this then your the person for this job. I have the bulk email script with the user manual. The script is already installed on my server and i have a template on the site which u dont have to use. You can view the site www.promptcontact.com.
