E-Commerce shop design and programming

E-Commerce solution based on PHP or C# and mySQL. The website should provide the follwing sections:

Dynamic Shop:

• Shop with categories and product groups - any displayed item is a product group containing one or more products.
• Different presentation of the product groups, e.g. some products can be personalized by entering text, some products have 2 parameters, some have 3 parameters, sometimes the parameters are dependent to each other (red is available in size 1 and 3, green is available in size 4).
• All different products need to be listed in the shopping cart.
• Different delivery fees depending on the country to deliver to and the size of the parcel.
• User account for customers, but buying should be possible with or without registration.
• Promotion codes for a fixed amount of money or a percentage.
• Paying options are PayPal and bank transfer. Additional % off should be given dependent on the paying option chosen!
• Easy extension of categories, product groups and products.
• International characters will be used (Arabic chars, Latin chars, Chinese chars, etc.)

 Other dynamic pages:

• References: Each customer should be able to leave us a reference by a link provided via email. This should ONLY be possible for customers
  

 Static files:

• Product description for each product in stock (about 3-6 sub pages)
• "About us" page (about 2-3 sub pages)
• PR page
• Legal information (2 subpages)
• FAQ

 Design:

• Website design can be partially copied from our current one or can get completely new designed by your company.
• Database design: design of the current db used will be provided, including a proposal for extending the database to fulfill the new requirements. - can get completely new designed by your company.

 Administration site:

• List of orders with status ordered,  paid,  finished,  canceled
• Creation of single promotion codes with different value (amount and percentage).
• Creation of promotion codes in a row (e.g. 50 promotion codes with fixed variable value).

 Optionally (later):

• User accounts for companies, to which a promotion code will be applied automatically.
• Statistics (orders, sold products, etc.)

The implementation schedule is NOT fixed, don't hesitate to request other schedules.
