In the course of my 10 years in marketing -as a product manager, a consultant, and then a planner- I dealt with various aspects of this area, especially strategy definition and implementation. Therefore, I decided to specialize in strategic marketing consulting, working as a freelance. My missions consist in developing or updating, along with my clients, their contact plan or/ and loyalty program, in order to match both their company and their final customers ‘expectations. Then, once the strategy is agreed, it is coded into an ad hoc application which I leave at my clients’ disposal. Therefore, they can monitor and track as precisely as possible the budget allocated to their direct marketing operations.
